Do not eat raw Hob - From Ambient - 1. Heat 3 tbsp of corn oil in a large saucepan over a moderate heat. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of popcorn on the bottom of the pan. Immediately cover pan tightly. 2. Shake frequently to prevent corn from sticking and burning. 3. When popping sound subsides, pour popcorn into bowl, sprinkle with salt and stir in melted butter. As a delicious alternative add in a mixture of your favourite spices.

How PROPERCORN Started
My father was a hopeless cook, but made the best popcorn. Together, we’d spend hours playing with flavours and ingredients, impatiently waiting for each kernel to pop, so we could try out our latest recipe.
Using these amazing memories, I created PROPERCORN.
We started small at my kitchen table, with big ambitions of creating everyone’s favourite snack. It would be popcorn Done Properly, carefully created without the compromise.
Since my best friend, Ryan, and I launched in 2011, we’ve been proudly perfecting our recipes and growing our young team of passionate flavour makers. But the journey is just beginning. Based in London but going global, we’ re seriously excited to now be available in 11 countries, sharing our snacks and our stories with people around the world.
