Could make write up a bit clearer
When my lip balm crafting set arrived I was a bit shocked that there wasn't a lip balm recipe, to know what products to purchase or small amount of product enclosed to try making it. A bit misleading in description, how ever I am pleased with the utensils enclosed.It might just be me, but on initial description, lip balm crafting kit, I thought it would enable you to make some on arrival.

Easy to Use
This product is very good. The tubes are very good size. And the tray really helps out with when pouring the mixture into the tubes. Makes it very easy to use when using. The scraper is good to get off the extra and I add into sample pots... Very good product for making lip balms.

Great set
Great set, perfect for what I needed, the labels make my lip balms look more professional. Took a few sheets though to sort the printing properly, thank goodness for the spares!!

Mallards lip balm kit
Very good product, but you can only buy the mallards lip balm tube to fit the tray. I have looked on Amazon and other sites and it seems every time you purchase the lip tubes you have to buy the tray. why? I just want the tubes, why make the point that you can only use mallards lip tubes but can’t buy them separately. Very disappointed.

Good product as described,
When you put the tubes into the holder. They fall out very easily and the lip balm spills, it felt like juggling plates keeping them in the holder.

Push the tubes in tight!
I have never used one of these before, thus why I bought a kit. I learned the hard way that if you don't push the tubes in tightly, the hot liquid will seep out all over the tubes and is not fun to try to clean up the counter and bottles LOL. The quality is fine, the scraper is a must and the tubes and tops fit well!

Echt klasse
Ich habe mit meiner Nichte selbstgemachten Lippenbalsam aus Bienenwachs, Sheabutter und Kokosöl gemacht. Hat echt super funktioniert und Spaß gemacht, wurde zu Weihnachten verschenkt und alle haben sich gefreut. Die Etiketten haben wir selbst bemalt. Rausgelaufen ist nichts. Allerdings haben wir den Honig aus dem Rezept weggelassen, weil er sich nicht mit den anderen Zutaten verbunden hat (Honig enthält Wasser). Könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Probleme, die in manchen Rezensionen erwähnt werden, da her kommen. Hier das Rezept: Gleiche Teile Bienenwachs, Sheabutter und Kokosöl im Wasserbad schmelzen. Einige Tropfen Vitamin-E-Öl dazu, sowie bei Bedarf wenige Tropfen ätherisches Öl (auf Qualität achten). Noch flüssig einfüllen. Auskühlen lassen.

I’ve only used the kit once so far but it worked pretty good. I messed up by not ensuring that all the tubes were all the way in so a bit spilled out but it was easy to clean up. Definitely made filling up the tubes go much faster. I think a silicon scraper would be better for scraping the product into the tubes.
