GPS Mount, APPS2Car Air Vent GPS Mount GPS Holder w/Adjustable Twist Mount Base Compatible with Garmin Nuvi Serie 3.5 to 6 inch GPS

Used this in a Renault Clio with a Garmin nuvi. Works fine although it necessarily reduces (or redirects) the airflow from the vent used. I much preferred it over the suction pad attachment provided by Garmin which tended to fall off every once in a while. It also meant that the satnav could be physically closer to the driver (useful if you have to answer a call or adjust things on it while driving). This last point may be specific to certain cars rather than general.Doesn't use suction power or adhesion therefore not rated on these parameters. The method of support is by clamping jaws on the vent slats.

Actually supported my nuvi even though it's not on the list, and it comes with a phone/nav adjustable clamp, that isn't actually mentioned in the listing... So if people complain about that part, just don't listen to them, as the listing is just for the ball joint.. seems sturdy... Not sure if it will stay strong over time. Audi A5 owner.

This is better than the Gamin one and a lot cheaper. Works very well in Peugeot 308

Brilliant for my 2016 208. Just had it delivered and fitted it straight away. Tried suction and beanbag options but this is way the best. So simple to fit and holds rock solid. Glad I bought this one. Using with a Garmin.

It fits after some modification took me 20 minutes work with use of Dremel cutting tool and drill to add vertical slot to allow passage of rearmost vertical air flow Louvres in my vw centrally mounted air vents,to mount my garment sat nav which was perfect as it fits virtually flush and is very solid and will not fall out,it’s a shame as the manufacturer would sell many more if the vertical slot was there in the first place,that’s why I only gave it a single star rating,if you require a phone holder which comes with the mount belkin do a very solid unit which has both slots pre cut and will fit most air vents I have seen.

Fixes to air vents easily and securely.. Being closer to the driver than windscreen fixtures means that stretching to input or adjust is no longer and issue. and being closer means that maps are easier to view.

Good quality, low profile mount, easy fix and sturdy, pricey for the size but influenced by Garmin's mount prices.

Bought the product only for the clamp to the air vents however I got a bonus of a phone holder too. Product arrived earlier than expected (which is usually good however I wasn’t in on the day to collect)
