Practical window blinds for cars
These are much better than I thought they would be.It's really handy to be able to open the window a little with blinds in place, so you can cool the car quickly while driving. The shading is across the whole window, so there's no sudden glare around the edges when you turn a corner.I've used other types of blinds before - pop-up suction ones and proper spring rollers, but they usually get mangled by little passengers who then sit there holding broken pieces and complain of bright light in their eyes. These just don't seem to want to be dismantled; the elastic gets twanged once or twice, then they get left alone. I wouldn't leave these or any other types with a child unsupervised though, but that's just common sense with any accessories.I have had a few times where I've left them on and it has rained, but they have been fine; dried quickly and no wicking of moisture into the car, which I thought might happen.They are good quality fabric, despite seeming flimsy at first sight. They stretch easily and spring back to small size when you whip them off. Velcro tape sticks well onto metal parts of the door and is unobtrusive. Just don't lean on it while wearing a fluffy jumper :-)These blinds will of course, obscure your view as you check the blind spot, so please, please, remember to be safe and keep other road users safe while driving.

Strong 4/5 good purchase
Bought for my insignia, was worried they would be too small but actually fit nice with extra room. Really easy to install, even for me. Good quality but....my friend has some that are a bit darker/not as thin however they was double the price. So I give a strong 4/5 and am very happy with them and the kids love them too oh and they dont affect use of windows being opened and great for keeping little creepy crawlies and bugs out. :)

Gives ok shade but straps won't stay put to hold it in place.
They're easy to put on the car's door, however, the sticky velcro pads that are sewn on the shields are not sticky enough to stay on the car's door, so it the shields will only go 2/3 down the window. I'm not bothered by this, as actually it's easier this way to check the blind spots when driving.They give shade but won't block the sun the same way as if you hang a piece of cloth on the window.

No need to get tinted windows now!
I was not sure if they were actually gonna fit my car but since they were universal they ended up being cheaper then custom size for my car. My main concern was the heat and sunshine for my little one. Not only was it so effective in the hot climate it actually fitted super easily and helped lower the temperature in the back of the car and keep my little one cooler.Within one minute of applying to car my wife commented that wow it actually works.Before applying I had my wife sit in the car for a minute (car had been in the sunshine all day). This was only to truly see the difference. Since my wife loved this , I can only recommend it to others !!

Looks a bit naff but sort of does the job.
It's okay is about as far as I'd go.Not sure what i was expecting for something that isn't fitted but generic in design. It sort of fits my car window but looks pretty scruffy and misshapen.The sticky pads that are meant to stick to the car door only lasted a few days.Wouldn't buy again but it's doing a job of sorts so will leave in situ for now (until it breaks)

You can open windows and protects from sun
Love this so much better than my stick on shades that I had before, love the fact I can open the windows which I couldnt do with my onea I had before and also I can open the windows without having to worry about lil ones sticking there hands out or throwing things out of the windows. I have a 4x4 and it just about fits as they are large windows also they are great at shading my little ones as it's been sunny (for a change) so have been able to put them to the test. Wont be going back to the stick on shades again definitely recommend.

Check height of window carefully, these are shallow
I have used this style of window shades before and found them very good.However this set will be getting returned as the sizing isn't great. I have a skoda yeti - not particularly deep windows - but these leave a 3 inch gap along the bottom of the window. Too small.

Good
Bought these for our car for summer, they’re good but they are quite on the large side. Very easy to install however I don’t feel they offer as much shade as others do. Overall they do the job
