⭐️ ratings seem unfair as not been taking long enough to have a valid opinion.
arrived on time. neatly packed. using to supplement deficit of trace minerals in our food supply. initially the strange taste of burnt tarmac was overpowering, but now don't mind it. can't comment fairly on Shilajit's efficacy as only been taking for about a month. haven't noticed any instant benefits other reviewers rave about, think it needs to be taken for a longer period of time. my nails may be looking healthier, but it's difficult to determine if this is due to MSM and vitamin C which i'm also currently taking . . . will continue until the contents are used up. if and when i do see improvement i will update.

Seems good
I have bought Shilajit in the north of India before and this seems to be good in quality. Its expensive yes but considering you dont need to fly to India and then travel 8 hours North it's maybe not so bad! If you're buying this you probably recognise the need for it so there isnt much else to add to that. It arrives promptly. I cut mine into the required size (around the size of a pea) when it first arrives and store it in the cupboard in a freezer bag. I rub it between my fingers to remove any sharp edges from the cutting process. I leave it out for a while after this as it warms when its rolled between finger and thumb - the pea-sized doses stick together when its not had the chance to return properly to room temperature after making it round. Its certainly easier to cut when its not cold but it shouldnt be heated to make it softer. I have it in my jeans pocket for a while to raise its temperature prior to cutting. Enjoy

Not very good value for money, purification process was rushed resulting in poor quality
I did a far bit of research before purchasing any shilajit, although probabily not enough. I was still seeking advice on the stuff after i purchased. A shaman told me that if you put your pea sized shilajit into warm water and you can see like 'bits' coming off as it dissolves then thats bad shilajit, its basically not been purified properly so that will be bits of dirt and is best to just be thrown away. It should just completly melt into a slightly darker liquid. So when i was melting mine, i did notice 'bits' so i leave this hear as its not cheap stuff so to make sure your getting value for money really research, or go from recommendations. Good luck on the shilajit journey guys! 👍

The best Shilajit I've had.
I've had a few different Shilajits over the years and this I'd definitely the best one I'd ever had. Thankyou.
