I have experienced bouts of depression and anxiety on and off throughout the course of my teen and young adult life. I had a traumatic brain injury when I was 10 years old and can recall a dramatic shift in my mood since the accident. I have also been diagnosed with Adult ADHD and I am prescribed adderall.
