Fortuna Fast is a permanently elastic tubular bandage for the local treatment of atopic eczema (neurodermatitis) and for the secure fixing of wound dressings. Fortuna Fast can be used in many ways: •As a moist cooling bandage to relieve pain and itching in combination with moisturising preparations with a high grease content ("wet wrap therapy") in the acute phase of atopic eczema. •As a dry dressing to retain ointments and creams on sensitive or eczematous skin. •To secure wound dressings. •Can also be used as an inner or outer covering with zinc paste or Plaster of Paris bandages
