Carboy #16 Tapered Corks (most 5 Gallon Carboys)

I bought this to plug up a piggy bank. Fits perfectly

It does what you'd expect a cork to do, and it doesn't fall apart after repeated usage.

I bought these to get rid of the plastic plugs I was using. I know they say for use with 5 gallon carboys, but it also works with the 3 gallon version. I haven’t had them long, but so far they are holding up. I’ll update if things change.

Very pricey for just a tiny piece of cork. But the alternative was using plastic to top off a 3-gal glass carboy full of emergency water. The cork boils stably to sterilize and fits well in a standard crown-top glass carboy, though.

Not a real dense cork so be careful pluging the hole or pieces break off.

Expensive, but works well to seal the jugs I bought them for.

'Nuff said. It certainly corks as well as any cork could hope to cork.
