Q: How much volume can these can hold? 1oz? More? Less?

West System 807-12 syringes holds 1/2 oz.

Q: how many syringes come in one order?

About 10; if I remember correctly.

Q: If using these for caulk, how do you get the caulk into the syringe?

they slide apart ,, fill with glue, chalk , or desired material and slide back together and push from back of syringe to apply material !!

Q: So for epoxy, do you use a pair of syringes to draw part A and part B respectively, or do you simply mix both parts, then draw the whole mixture?

I put an equal amount of epoxy resin and hardner in the syringe.. mix it in it ( I bought some Popsicle sticks ) and then put the plunger in.. and push it out. Worked great for me.
