Q: How long till more get stocked? I missed it by minutes.

They may take awhile due to current circumstances since I assume parts come from china or they may choose a shady business practice like holding back supply to increase demand and therefore price... Probably not the latter.

Q: Does this have a menu for choosing games? Or do you have to swap the game you want to play?

It does have it's own menu for choosing games you put on it. Hit the reset button instead of powering off the console so it saves your data and it'll take you right back to the menu you start at

Q: Does this work with japanese n64 roms as well?

Yes, it loads and runs japanese roms no problem, this version (2.5) doesn't have support for animal forest and pokemon stadium 2 has some oddities

Q: Do you have to solder anything or do i just need to use an SD card?

No you don't need to solder anything. You just need to use an SD card.
