I have purchased this product for over a year. Even when other multi-collagen powders would go on sale I would stick with Level Up because it dissolved quickly in my coffee and did not add a distinct taste to my coffee. I saw that they had "improved the formula" as I purchased it last week but assumed it would be unnoticeable. When I received it I immediately noticed it was a smaller container with 8 less servings then what I used to purchase. I noticed a strange order when I opened it for the first time but put a scoop in my coffee anyways. On my way to work I took my first sip and it was awful. It tasted like it smelled... somewhat like rotten eggs. I am so disappointed and not to mention it started off my Monday without coffee and wasting it on top of that.

I ordered this product a while ago I finished the 1st tub so I purchased a 2nd one however, this one is not the same as the 1st one it has a bad smell to it. It doesn't have the same ingredients as the 1st one very disappointed in this product. They sent me something totally different than the first one.

This used to be my favorite brand, then they changed the container AND the formula! The ingredients are not in the same order and now this stuff stinks!!! It smells just like all the other stinky formulas I tried before finding the original of this brand. I used to put it in my coffee without noticing a bad smell, but this new formula ruins it now. PLEASE go back to your original formula and or sources!!!
