Seems straightforward - works
I bought this based on price as it looked identical to other ones that were $10 more expensive. It seems pretty straightforward - similar or identical to one a physio had me use perhaps a year ago. The settings - things like getting it to remember previous numbers for up to 19 separate users - seem a bit fiddly, but I don't think I would need this anyway. It is straightforward to enter stats (age, gender) for separate users, which then allows the device to display weak/normal/strong after each test - again, not something that is super useful.Some commenters have said they received no documentation, so I've uploaded the slightly crumpled 6-page instruction manual. That should give a good idea of the functions of this device - and possibly for the other apparently identical alternatives Amazon also sells.I can't speak to its durability (it's new), and I'm not expecting to use this regularly - rather I want to see how I do over a period of months, with different exercises. My thoughts so far: I'm happy with what I bought, it works so far, and I think I bought the right device.

I wish there was more info included for use of this product.
I think the unit works fine. I have started using it... but basically have had to figure it out on my own. Enclosed with the dynamometer was a page of "instructions" (I'm being generous calling them instructions) that were not much help beyond simply turning it on and off. I was expecting more detailed information for it's use. And maybe even some examples of exercises. The enclosed "instructions" were virtually useless.

Directions?
There was nothing with it. No paperwork of any kind. Directions would make it usable. Seems to have a number of bells and whistles. I hope I can figure it out.......but why should I have to.

Love it!
Love my dynamometer, you can program with more than 15 patients. You can choose between lbs and kg. Also it will rate the score weak, normal or strong! Great purchase for the price.
