I just got my first bottle of Alpha Brain, I decided to try it after I kept seeing some endorsements from some high profile people that I respect and then I read through the reviews here on Amazon. Three days in, I am blown away with how effective it has been for me. My level of alertness, clarity and focus has been more than I expected. It has been a game changer for me over the past three days. Talk about being “locked it!” , my productivity has been through the roof, the quality of my on the spot decision making has been elite. My level of creativity with problem solving has been fantastic as well. The best part of all….I don’t feel any druggy or chemically sensations at all. I just feel clearer and sharper. I highly recommend you try it. It can truly change the quality of your life.

I have found Alpha Brain to be amazing and truly allows me to perform to my full potential, primarily at work where I’m required to multi-task between a variety of departments. I shift gears throughout the day and require almost total recall of facts and figures, and having just turned 65, AB makes a huge difference. Seems to only take about 2-3 days to kick in. I had issues with the product the first day I tried it back in April, which is what had me reluctant to use it again. However, I kept it and continued to read reviews from time to time. So, based on mixed reviews, I decided to try it again and did a think-over on what could have been the reason behind it making me sick.The first dose in April was taken as two tablets on an empty stomach. I drank two alcoholic beverages later that day. **Both of these things could have caused a negative reaction.I decided to give it a chance again this month (September). The second time trying the product I ate a normal meal and took one capsule. I did not get sick and was able to stay up all day without a nap or getting distracted. This is important because I work from home.The third time (the second day taking the product back to back days) I took two tablets. I observed more alertness and did not get sick.I decided that taking two capsules was the ideal fit. I am taking one immediately before a meal. Wait about thirty minutes afterward and take the second capsule. That has produced the desired effect for me.I think that it is important to stress that this product works better with food on the stomach or close to consumption time.As for the alcohol being a contributing factor, I did not use alcohol during the second round of testing the product out. I would discourage anyone from trying it that way. It would be better to take a day off of the product if you plan to drink alcohol.I am a coffee drinker and have gone down to one mug a day during the second try. If anyone is wondering, this product did not cause any energy crashes, irritability, nor jitters. Outside of coffee, I have also had a soda with caffeine on some days. This leads me to think it doesn't have a bad side effect with normal caffeine consumption.All in all, I am happy with my purchase and will be using this to replace Neuriva, which is a product I had success with for over a year.I am glad that I did not throw my remaining capsules away and gave them a second chance. My sister who is familiar with my work ethic noticed a remarkable change and asked me what I was doing differently.I apologize for the long response but wanted to be thorough. Or maybe it should be given to his fear factor contestants to see who can function longest through the side effects of extreme vomiting and the slow, taunting approach of near death.Needless to say, I deserve an award for surviving these capsules of evil. Though writing this is likely to send me into a dark, PTSD-induced coma, I will share regardless, with the hopes that it prevents one of you eager consumers from going through with a purchase.The first time I took the capsules, I had mild hot flashes and nausea but thought maybe it was my body adjusting to the ingredients. It was unpleasant but wouldnt describe it as debilitating. My husband also had a similar experience after taking two, and was lethargic and felt "just off."We then each took two capsules the following day and felt completely fine.The third day taking the capsules was worse than that time I was stung by 72 murder hornets and had to cover my skin in the blood of baby raccoons to draw out the venom, but I digress.So, two hours after consumption the fun began. A rush of heat washed through my body as if the sun herself was melting into me. It was instant, intense, and I immediately knew I had made a big mistake taking the capsules that morning. As quick as the hot flashes hit me, so did the accompanying symptoms of nausea, dizziness, and blurred vision. I made my way to the bathroom just in time for the first wave of vomiting. Within an hour, my symptoms became so severe that I could barely talk, barely walk, move, hold my head up, or keep my eyes open. My heart was beating faster than the pace at which white women run towards Target on a black Friday. Think about it...thats dangerously fast.I actually thought I was dying and asked my husband to come home so that I wouldn't be alone when it happened. He found me laying on the bathroom floor in a position I'm fairly sure I fainted into. I almost muttered for him to call an ambulance but frankly, didnt have the energy to even do that. I dealt with all of this for about six hours when the nausea finally subdued long enough that I could eat a few crackers and drink some water. Any attempt at eating or drinking prior had resulted in my body immediately rejecting it right back up.Its been 11 hours since I took the capsules and I still feel like a trash can. The most fun part is that my skin still feels both numb, and like its shedding on account of the all the sweat seeping from my pores.If you like living dangerously and decide to try this product out, do so strategically. By that, I mean make sure you have a will in place and have prepared goodbye letters for your loved ones.This product is crap and 10/10 would never recommend unless you enjoy the feeling of puke in your mouth. I said what I said.
