These are my favorite energy drink and I've tried a bunch of them.I like the variety of flavors - all 3 are good. Dissolves easily, gives a light carbonation that goes away pretty quicklyGreat zero calorie energy boost at an excellent priceIn the morning, before a workout/run/basketball - it's great whenever you need a boostSuper convenient functionality in packets you can mix in a standard water bottle or something bigger and it tastes great either way.

Absolutely love these! I had no idea that you could carbonate without machines! I have a hard time drinking plain water and these have helped me get off of sodas and feel less sugared down working outside. I've tried so many flavored water products but this has the perfect amount of slight carbonation and flavoring that I actually enjoy to drink and not because I need to drink. Not sure about the taurine doing anything but when you love soda and your pre diabetic these, especially the sugar free orange packs defenitely helps keep you hydrated and healthier.

My husband bought these to help with the midday crash. He said they taste good while still allowing him to get his water intake. They are portable and easy for him to take in his pocket. They seem to be of good quality. I said he would buy them again.

Overall thoughts:Useful - If you don't like coffee but like energy drinks and don't want to spend upwards of $4 per can, this is a good solution to have your own at home especially if you prefer sugar-free energy drinks.Taste - The flavors are fine, nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. I like to use the Berry one in a mixed berry smoothie occasionally to give it a kick. Orange is my favorite and the light carbonation is nice.Price/value - I think this is great value for the price as you get ~40 energy drinks for less than $10. Not a deal you can get anywhere else really.Caffeine content:Each little packet contains 170mg of caffeine which is a little more than a regular Monster (160mg) and less than other sugar-free drinks like C4 (200mg), Bang (300mg), and Reign (300mg). The maximum daily recommended value for caffeine intake is 400mg so if you need more of a kick, 2 of these can work and still be below the limit (but consult your doctor, know your limits, stay hydrated, etc.!).A few cons:- The flavors are not distributed evenly and the ratios written on the box are meaningless. I routinely get way more of the Citrus while others get more Berry. It varies from box to box and is not consistent.- Even when I use more than enough water, I find that the Berry doesn't dissolve well and there are usually groups of particles floating around inside.- Super minor, but the box has never made it to me undamaged, always crushed.Overall, this is a really reliable way to get some caffeine without all the extra sugar and stuff if you like energy drinks. I personally prefer the box with Strawberry, Grape, and Lemonade, but it's a little more expensive so this version is still great.

Such a great low cost alternative to energy drinks. The taurine plus caffeine boosts our mornings! Hope they add taurine to their other caffeine sticks as this is a staple in our house and we’d like more flavor options. We also get the pack with lemonade, grape and strawberry which is tasty and has caffeine but not taurine.

Good tasting, effective and affordable choice for those who drink energy drinks every day.

The flavor is a bit off-putting, it almost reminds me of Emergen-C? But it’s not terrible, and it’s a great value for product amount, dissolves easily, and is easy to use!

Taste great!! Give me the energy boost when needed!
