Super solid build. They are a bit bulky as there is no softness/pliability in the pad. The handle is somewhat snug, and there is an middle elastic band, only for mounting, or skinny arms. The lowere velcro is adjustable. They will serve my studio just fine.As for the durability, I cannot attest to their use as a prolonged, primary, striking pad. But as a supplementary tool, they are great. They can take most straight-forward strikes just fine.

This pad is GREAT for sparring or practicing basic: punches, kicks, knee or elbow strikes, etc. I would advise "laying into it" with all you got (nor for the person holding it for you), by any means. It's not made for that, like the larger pads are. However, for sparring and technique work-outs, these are excellent! Makes a great addition to your workout set-up! And portable!... fits right down in my gym back with plenty of room to spare!

This is a nice pad to wrap around a beam for solo-training. This pad is very dense, so you do not have to worry about punching through the padding. It also works for practicing side techniques (round house kick, hook punches, etc) with the grips.

The construction is good. Stiff, so we are still breaking into it. The handle is adjustable so that is definitely a plus. Will see after a couple more months of punishment. Upon initial impressions though, I would buy more.

Well, other reviewers were right, it is smaller than one is led to expect from the description. Also quite hard. Can't be too mad at the price point though.

bought this for our dojo and they are awesome. the kids really love using them, and they are of the best quality. it has really helped our training.

Just what my husband needed to work with our three kids.A bit on the smaller size,but that is our fault for not reading the size closely.High quality, superb stitching, durable handle. Will be ordering more.

Good quailty for the price, will outlast it's monies worth...BUT!! buy 2! You need a pair to use these properly. These are sold in singles.
