Fits perfect on the Coleman.

Fits like a glove and the quality is twice what the original was. I'm gonna buy another now for years from now when this one fails, since the price is right!

More than I expected -- in comparison to the original Coleman canopy cover

No photos yet -- I'll be finishing off my patio canopy installation over the next few days. You can find my review of the Coleman 13' x 13' pop-up beach canopy where it's advertised here at Amazon. As I say in that review, I perfectly well intend to use the Coleman beach canopy in violation of Coleman recommendations: it must stay up throughout the year, and I anticipate getting three years-worth of continuous deployment using certain "methods" to enhance the canopy cover's lifespan under those conditions. Coleman would bristle at using the canopy for a week's time before taking it down.Since this has been an experiment for me over several years -- having owned two of these beach canopies in succession -- the Garden Winds replacement canopy cover is a God-send. It is made of a rip-stop fabric, better than you would find in expedition backpacking tents -- Much better. It's a thicker material than the original Coleman cover, which seems as flimsy and thin as toilet paper. In fact, if I were to buy a Coleman beach canopy for more than just "day-at-the-beach" usage, I'd buy the Garden Winds canopy cover and use it from the start. As someone else mentioned, the Garden Winds cover fits the frame more snugly than the Coleman original, but I think this owes to the fact that the original cover may stretch more given its thinner, more flimsy construction. You may discover something about the old Coleman frame you use. Once the frame and canopy cover are fully deployed, you may notice the accordion braces that hold the frame together between each pole are bowing a bit. In fact, this was sufficient to cause me alarm. I recommend getting a hex-wrench or driver to fit the screws in this assembly, and a phillips-head screwdriver for the screws at the poles. Snug these screws carefully, and the assembly won't bow itself when you are finally securing the canopy in full deployment. Now, someone else expressed dismay at the metal grommets or holes spaced every few feet on each canopy-cover side, just inside the seam holding together the outer panel and the main trapezoidal part of the cover on each of its sides. They say this might "let in some rain". Well, you can use some ripstop nylon tape to cover the unused holes, or just cover them with a small wad of Shoe-Goo. But these grommet holes are quite useful. Let me explain. To extend the life of the fabric on my Coleman, I purchase 5'x13' panels of cheap Chinese desert Camouflage netting. I chose this size because at least one dimension of the netting is the exact width of the fully-extended canopy from corner to corner. I secure these panels at the top, zip-tying them to the main spokes at the point where the main canopy cover is open in the center. Thus, the panels can drape over the canopy cover from one side to the other, exposing at most 1 foot of the canopy edge. Four of these panels will give you plenty of "double coverage" all the way around, but you want to secure those panels so they don't flop around in the wind. Those grommet holes are perfect for it.So, starting this year 2023 at beginning of October, I should set up a betting pool. Will the canopy start to come apart or deteriorate beyond repair after 2 years? After 3 years? After 4 years? I think it might last more than three years. I do expect some damage later -- mostly from wind. So I keep a large tube of Shoe-Goo handy, together with nylon tent fabric (the bags in which the camo panels ship), so I can patch and reinforce places on the underside of the Garden Winds (or any other) canopy cover where they come apart, or where I anticipate them to separate after wind and stress.I will say this. I expect the Garden Winds canopy cover to last considerably longer than the original Coleman. I was able to extend the life of the original canopy cover to two years, nine months -- with the enhancements I mentioned.

Appears higher quality and fit is okay

So I had the dilemma of deciding whether to buy a whole new Coleman canopy or buy this replacement top for the same price. Do I throw away a perfectly good frame for a whole new setup, or do I save the landfills of more trash and roll the dice on this top? I chose the latter, because my tree hugging partner guilt tripped me into buying this, but only time will tell if I decide to be single again. The product “appears” more durable unlike my relationship commitments. It definitely feels heavier and has little hash marks going through the fabric like a chainlink fence. Whether this indicates strength or is about as porous as the US-Mexico border will be determined in a later instance, but for now, I feel comfortable that my job and children are safe. The fit is not as good as I thought it would be. The material is really tight, and although that’s terrific in some instances, in this case it’s causing the frame to bend. Also, portions of the fabric top are tightly pulled over the four corners of the frame, and I fear that with time and movement, the fabric will abrade at those locations.Let’s see what happens.JUNE 17, 2023 UPDATE:The canopy has gotten slightly brittle from sitting in the sun and has a few holes from the metal hinges rubbing against it, but it’s definitely held up better than my marriage. COVIDs really been putting things to the test. It’s definitely held up better than the OEM cover which is tearing with the slightest touch after year one. I was originally hesitant about buying this cover with a a whole replacement being cheaper than this cover pre-covid, but with inflation being out of control, this has become a more worthwhile buy. God damn inflation is killing me.

Perfect fit!

My Coleman canopy is a 13x13, model # 2000023972 which is the two tier. I have two frames but no covers because the originals ripped. I found this canopy cover and it is a perfect fit. It comes in two pieces, the big canopy for the first tier and the smaller square for the second tier. I’ve seen other reviews showing theirs with a hole in the top, it is because they purchased the two tier cover when they only have a one tier canopy. The fabric feels very well made and better than the Coleman original. There are holes along the sides as others have stated, so in rain, water will come in towards the edges. My canopy purpose is mainly for shade although when I camp, sometimes it rains. I love the taupe color. It fits slightly tight but then again, it’s brand new and should stretch a bit while being used. I would of spend close to $200 for a brand new one, I paid $131 for this one. I will be buying another for my other canopy of the same model, this canopy cover was a life saver. As others have mentioned, my model of canopy has a very strong frame that will outlast the original cover. I was nervous to purchase but I am glad that I did! You won’t be disappointed!!

So far so good. Fabric appears to be far more durable than the original Coleman cover.

Great but has holes in it.

Great material, fit Great as well, but when it was raining the holes that they put in, says for wind purpose, but it let rain in on all 4 sides where the holes are. Why put the holes?

Fits well

Bought this to replace the worn out canopy. We had no trouble putting it on and it fit well. Happy with the purchase so far! Not sure of durability since we just got it, but I'll try to remember to update later!
