Sad they are splitting apart after only a month!
I bought two of these, hoping they would be as wonderful as the great reviews. BUT both of them, have started splitting-cracking at the end loops (at a seam from manufacturing). See attached pictures. Are they all faulty like this??

Blue color NOT medium, it's too soft and easy.
I already have a band of similar design from a different company for almost a year, so I thought I will get a new one. Since I wanted to get a little tougher band so I ordered the BLUE (because the previous one I had was green one, which is supposed to be the easiest - in my pictures below I have shown both).CONS:1. Resistance: This new band I ordered of medium resistance ie.Blue color is even softer and easier then then my old Green band.2. The design: The loops are much smaller in size.3. Quality: The material feels more like a Flubber like quality , instead of rubber.4. Seems a little over priced, if you take in account the quality & all you get is a single band.5. In the image below Green - my old band & Blue THE NEW band I ordered.6. Overall bad experience with Amazon Today, first I ordered a 3 pair of Theraband resistance bands, which they sent me the wrong color & this 2nd product I ordered, I am not impressed with the quality and resistance level.

Great exercise bands
Purchased a bunch of these exercise bands for our small exercise group. We follow a DVD and they use them also. We all think the blue version(stronger resistance) is more versatile than the green one... and we are all women over 50.

Broken by a Weakling
I suffered an automobile accident and am trying to gain back some strength. To be honest I never had much to begin with, I have had a desk job for years. This broke while I was doing a stretch on the last (weakest) rings. Right after the return window closed, of course. Disappointing.

Ideal for anyone living with Alzheimer's or dementia
This item,7 ring stretch and resistance exercise band, is ideal for anyone who is living with Alzheimer's or dementia. It provides exercise but most importantly, this item is extremely well built with the proper weight and structure. I highly recommend it as a daily item to use on their own or in an activity. It allows two people living with dementia to hold each end of the band and connect at a physical and emotional level.Dr. Ethelle Lord, PresidentInternationalCaregiversAssociation (dot) com

Exactly what I needed to rehab
I got the light resistance band - the green one - to rehab a couple areas I need barely any resistance, and this is it. I see it says in the description "Green has Light Resistance- feels like 10-12 lbs." Well, it doesn't feel like it to me, and my spring scale reports that resistance ranges from 1 to 4 pounds unless you pull it pretty hard, which I wouldn't do as it doesn't seem that sturdy. That being said, it's exactly what I wanted. If you do stretch a little farther than you meant to, the resistance doesn't increase that much. I've used resistance bands where when you get to a certain point, you can accidentally hurt the area you're trying to rehab. Not so with this green stretch band. The material is translucent - I notice that a user review has a photo showing a completely opaque band, but mine isn't anything like it. It's a very soft material that you can squish between your fingers. It had very little odor, which was a relief - I hate getting fitness equipment that smells strongly. And like I said, it's very low resistance.I did examine it carefully before using, but there were no cracks or other issues. I'll examine it each time I use it, as the material seems far more fragile than any other resistance band-type stuff I've used. I do wish the loops were bigger - the end loops are a bigger, more useful size. That being said, there's a lot you can do with this.I was looking for a low-resistance way to work muscles or joints that need very gentle rehabilitation, and I think this delivers well in that department. As I stated earlier, I'd say it ranges between 1 and 4 pounds unless you really stretch it. It's helpful for my shoulders, and I found some fun works to work triceps, biceps, lats and even lower back. Hopefully my shoulders will improve and I'll work my way to the next resistance up.

I liked it so well that I bought a second blue ...
I originally bought blue resistance band on QVC. It came with several CDs on using it in an exercise program. I liked it so well that I bought a second blue band so I could use 2 together. Then I realized that I wanted a stronger resistance (black band) for some exercises and a weaker band (green) for other exercises. I was so happy to find all 3 strengths on Amazon at very reasonable prices. These bands are the bomb!!! I love them. And now my husband has started using them. Maybe I need to get him his own set.

Highest resistance is better than the medium resistance product I’d originally had.
This is an excellent resistance band. I received a medium band with Leslie Sansome’s miracle miles and it was too easy. I kept shortening up the band to provide enough resistance and I started to notices some tears after only a month. So I bought this one with the highest resistance. It works much better. I’m hopeful it won’t tear since I’m not using it from the middle of the band.
