My comments.
The good:The pump works as specifiedFor me at least, it filled the tires faster than I would have expectedThe cords neatly tuck into the unit, and the unit itself is quite compact. The bad:1) The unit is a bit louder than a car at idle - it is closer to the sound level of a semi at idle. That said, it really isn't bad2) The cord, while long enough to get to all four tires of a car or light truck, would not be long enough to get to a trailer or a larger truck.3) The air line is too short to reach the valve of a tire if the valve is near the top of the tire. However, the unit is light enough to easily hold and for my tires (Honda civic), the tires topped off quick enough to have this not be an issue.4) The electrical connection wire is of a fairly light gauge, and I am unsure how it will hold up.5) Finally, the air connection is a screw-in connection. A quick release connection would have been better, but may have been rejected for space concerns (as the air hose tucks in as noted above)All of that said, the product needs to be reviewed for what my intended use is - as a easy way to top off the air in my tires and for emergencies. As such, I appreciate the small size and that it worked well when I used it. It is not, however, a pump to be used for heavy uses such as service vehicles, etc

Auto-shutoff is a great little feature
The thing I like most about this is the auto-shutoff. I've used it for inflating a bicycle tire that was completed flattened over the year since last summer, and this pump filled it up in about 2 minutes. The auto shutoff makes it very easy and convenient to adjust the car tire pressure periodically; with my old pump that used to be a chore since I had to keep monitoring the pressure as the pump did its job.Like other reviewers have mentioned, this tends to lose a bit of air while you attach it to the tire valve; but I think I have figured out how to minimize that loss of air. As you start to turn the thread onto the valve, pull the hose away from the tire and keep threading till you hear air hissing out. At that time, you push the hose toward the valve and it stops letting the air out. Don't forget to finish threading the hose on completely while you push and hold the hose against the valve.

Feedback from the company has been good even sending me a calibrate tire gauge
Still working on getting this to function as hoped. I have to set the pressure I want the pump to achieve as 4lbs higher. Feedback from the company has been good even sending me a calibrate tire gauge. While working with them this is the feedback I received: "As you know every instrument/device is having is own "error" factor which needs to be considered. In this case you have to combine 2 error factors (the inflator and the measurement device you are using to check later) and it is a little trickier. The best solution is in any case to "calibrate" the instrument (in this case the inflator) by knowing its own error factor. This is the operation you already done because you know now that it has around 4 psi difference. You can then set your inflator to 36 psi and you'll get the right 28 psi in your tires. Please be aware that you need a calibrated pressure gauge to double check your tire (see here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A96IHJK) do not trust the pressure indicator of your car.So I continue to work with this device and am not going to give this anything less than a middle of the road and if we are talking about customer service standpoint - that is 4.5 stars. A couple of math errors and computational skills make that a 4.5 out of 5 in their response. Then again I know I have grammatical errors but ... hey I had two strokes so I can have some flaws in my world. Hope this helps.

Good Air Pump for Quick Tire Refill
I do not have time to stop at a gas station with two small children every time to add air to my tires, yet it seems my tire pressure is always low. I purchased this Digital Portable Tire Air Pump in hopes I could avoid the gas stations. The pump arrived with minimal instructions, but I was able to figure it out for the most part. The DC cord fits into your lighter, and the cord is an ample 12 feet long. The cord to the air is a lot shorter though, so keep that in mind. The reason why it got less than five stars is the setting of the psi, it's supposed to set and the stop when it reaches the setting, but the display kept switching between the actual psi and the se, so I couldn't tell if I had to reset the psi at every tire. Idk, maybe it was user error 😀 It took me about 2 minutes a tire to go from 29/30 psi to 33/34 psi.

Long-Lasting Lifesaver!
I ended up needing this inflator literally the day it arrived - my car started showing low pressure on one tire as I was headed home. So, I walked in, unpacked it, and put it to work! It plugs in easily to the 12v socket and the cable is long enough to get the unit near all 4 tires. Setting the desired pressure is intuitive and easy, and it shuts off as expected immediately upon reaching the specified level.***UPDATE***To my previous points about convenience and simplicity, I can now add surprising durability. Due to a convergence of circumstances, I was forced to cover almost a thousand miles with a moderate leak that dropped one tire into a low pressure state every 20-30 minutes. Having now hooked up and used this pump several dozen times (possibly 100+), for a total runtime of several hours, I am pleasantly surprised to see that it still runs like a champ. For the price, it's quite impressive. (Please note that I rigorously adhere to the cooling time instructions... if you frequently run it hot for more than a few minutes, the lifespan probably drops quickly)I recently bought one for my wife and one for a friend, and, and may order more in the future for my company to use & gift as promotions.
