They do what they're meant to do. I don't know how anyone sleeps with anything else on, honestly. They're not flashy (or cute), but they're consistent, and that's all I really ask for when I'm crampy and cranky and just trying to sleep through the night without issues.

For heavy menstruals. If you are afraid of falling asleep and waking up having to wash your sheets these will work perfectly.
