7 Inch IPS Touch Screen for Raspberry Pi 4, 1024x600 Capacitive Monitor Portable Display with Brightness Adjustable Leather Case for Raspberry Pi 4B/3B+/Laptop/Win OS Device

I was looking on amazon for a small screen that works with Raspberry Pi. Everything else I saw looked very exposed or had a very bulky case. So when I saw this screen in a little case that looks enclosed and work with raspberry Pi. I was sold.That said the image showing what the product looks like is a little off. In one image it shows the screen as having a protective outer case around the sides and what I guess is the back. The part that leans against the leather case is flat and angled and then next to that image the exposed PCD board at the back with its noticable white edge and very square corner (the leather case does stop the scatching and helps protect the exposed PCD board). I thought that the screen would have a plastic outer shell but it doesnt.There's that but the real reason for the 4 stars is that I orderd 2. The first was fine, absolutley no problem all the cables, heat sinks and clear instruction. The second somehow had a very notible crack on one of the corners (+ it was missing 2 cables) even though the box was undamaged. I guess I just got unlucky there.Overall apart from my bad luck and slight confusion over what the product looks like. The screen, that wasnt damaged, is really good and I would recommend it to people looking for a compatible raspberry Pi monitor. Or just a small interactable extension to there work space. (works great for spotify, thought the task bar does cover some of the functions... still works though) .

Picture quality is good, audio quality is awful, power and display leads are too close together​ sometimes pushing each other loose when moving the display around or holding, the touch point is off making it difficult to select the right icon or command on menu options or toolbar. But,, it works well as a reference display, not ideal for daily touch use.

This screen is really good quality, it's clear and bright. It works very well with my Raspberry Pi 4 and the resolution is reasonable. After using it for a while now, I would highly recommend it.

Unable to return to Amazon. The buyer must pay for postage return to The Netherlands and then claim back, which could be tricky due to Brexit.The monitor is fine but be wary if you may need to return.

After buying a raspberry pi 400 I was looking for a small portable screen and glad that I picked this one. It comes with the required leads, case and full instructions on how to use.The picture is clear and the only downside is the lack of a built-in speakers, although it has a pass through facility.

This is a good screen. ideal for cctv installations and other situations where you need a screenIt needs a lot of power so some difficulty powering over USBNice bit of kit tho.... Would be a bit more protected and the instructions/specs could be more accurate.

Picture is of supreme quality, touch also working as it should, but no sound at all connected to a Pi3 B+, hence only 3 stars shame...
