Perfect size. Machine washable and drier friendly.

The cheesecloth itself is fine. Works as expected. The hemming is another matter, after the first use of the first sheet from the pack, half the hemming on one side has come off and it was not subjected to any mechanical force at all. That is fine though, the hemming is cosmetic only and doesn't affect the usage of the product at all. I've been using plain, un-hemmed cheesecloth for years without any problems - not worth subtracting a star. Overall, I feel that I got exactly what I paid for.

I use these cloths to line my tofu box, when, making homemade tofu, or when straining, homemade yogurt, I purchased these not too long ago, and I have only had one with slight rips from wear and tear, but the other cloths seem to be holding up well

I purchased these to make oat milk. I had tried using a bag I have for making nut milk but too much solid material makes it through the holes. This cloth is a tighter weave and it helps to get a better quality oat milk. There are many on line descriptions of how to make the oat milk. I have tried a few and these clothes are perfect for filtering. It is important to allow plenty of time for gravity to move the fluid through. Squeezing it out makes a thicker milk I personally do not like. These quickly saved me from the problem of purchasing a quart at the store and having to discard the majority that is not used in time. This way I can make it a cup at a time. It washes up just as well as any other towel.

I used this fabric along with stainless steel funnels (also purchased from Amazon) to render beef fat into jars (also purchased from Amazon) for cooking purposes.It worked great and we will continue to use it.

these are not big enough for large wheels of cheese but they are my go to for small batches of things like cream cheese, skyr, ricotta, and cottage cheese. They are the perfect size and I like the finished edges. I do find that I can was and reuse multiple times before they needed replacing
