It is easy to install and compatible with my laptop.Performance is good.

Replaced two 4gig stock memory in my older (2017/2018) 17” HP Omen with these two 16 gig Crucial memory sticks. Worked perfect, no issues at all. Memory is fast.I was a bit worried it would not work right simply because my Omen takes 2400 CL-17 memory and this is 2666 CL-19. On the crucial website it only shows the 2666 CL-19 4 and 8 gig as compatible but not the 16 gig. Now I just assume they were out of it because the 2, 16 gig 2666 CL-19 worked perfect. No changing settings. Just put them in, reassembled laptop and started it up. It took an extra minute to start but it recognized the memory change immediately and has been working for about three weeks now with no issues.The price here is a bit high, If I was in the US I could have gotten it from Crucial directly cheaper, but its not that much, only a few dollars.

I have an asus x12fa laptop, officially it is said I can only add a 4gb ram, but it was mentioned in the crucial website that I can add extra 16gb ram and I thought of taking a risk and went with their suggestion. I am so thankful that I did, it worked and now I have original 4gb+ this 16gb=20gb ram.

It took me a day of weird hardware errors to diagnose that 1 of the 2 sticks I got was faulty.Causing weird crashes at the oddest time.Buy this if you want to be diagnosing errors for a day just to localize it to a bad stick.I've bought many memory sticks in my life. And never did I actually get a new bad ram stick until this piece of scrap drained my happiness.This also causes the kind of errors only a good technician can diagnose, because initially all looks good, and the word memory fault errors happen at the oddest of times.Providing such a product means there is 0 quality checks going on.And I know for certain that it's a bad stick as I tested the other stick (same product) in the same slot with flying colors.I will forever avoid buying this crucial.you might get lucky and get a working stick, but you might not. and you will only know after burning alot of time and energy.AVOID AT AL COSTS. HIGH CHANCES OF GETTING A DEVIOUSLY BROKEN PRODUCT!

Worked as expected and at ease. So far so good after install the SODIMM w/o any hiccups.
