First of all,writing the feedback after almost one year of usage ..The product quality is amazing and athe back up is also good..am getting almost 4 hrs back up ..Second thing is there customer support is amazing as once my products backup got less during the warranty period...for that they replaced me a new product and now it's working fine

More than the product I’m impressed with the after sales support they provide. I have been using it for almost 1 year and in the last couple of weeks the battery backup I get was dropped to 10 mints from the usual few hours. I did reach out to the team and they helped ensure my concern is taken care of. For the price you pay this is a great product you get. Small and Simple to setup. Thank you for the support.

I purchased the Oakter Mini UPS for my 12V WiFi Router in April 2024. Initially, it worked well, but by December, I noticed the battery backup had reduced drastically—from 5 hours to just 30 minutes—and eventually, it stopped working completely.I contacted Oakter's customer care via WhatsApp, and I was impressed with their service. The representative was very patient and understood my issue clearly. Within 2 hours, he completed the troubleshooting and diagnosis. Once the problem was confirmed, he immediately placed a replacement order.I received the replacement unit within 3–4 business days, and it has been working perfectly since then.Overall, I am very happy with their after-sales service and quick resolution. This experience showed me that product quality is important, but excellent customer service matters just as much. I highly recommend this product for its reliability and the company’s outstanding support.

The product is good considering others in the market. For 2 years it gave a good back up of upto 3-4 hours but after 2 years now it barely gives 15 minutes backup. Since the warranty is over nothing can be done other than accepting the product has lived it's course. It's same with every product like this so don't really have any complaints 2 years at this price is still a good deal.

It works perfectly and is really helpful during powercuts. The cooperation from staff after the first one was defective was also really good. They changed and replaced it with a new piece within a few days as the ups was under warranty. Ive had no issues since them. Amazing product totally value for money

Bought this last year in October and using it since then. The device is working fine and as expected but in may 2025 it suddenly stopped working. As the device was under warranty I contacted the customer support. After some troubleshooting we found that the device is malfunctioning and the support person helped me with a replacement.. what really matters in today’s world is after sales and its amazing..

I purchased it last year, it worked as expected nothing fancy. The only thing is it lasted only 1 year, which is slightly disappointing. I had purchased another brand little bit costly but it lasted for 3+ years, so it proved more cost effective than this product. Go for Okter, if you have limited budget and want to reliable product.
