Do not buy this product. After approximately six weeks, the battery no longer would hold a charge and became nonfunctional. Run do not walk away from this product.

Almost Perfect
The original Bose battery pack is rated at 12.4 volts at 1700 mA hours. The battery I received was rated 11.1 volts at 2200 mAh. Close enough? The replacement battery uses the Bose model number 330107 so their intention was correct. I surveyed all of the many similar replacement battery offerings and they were all rated at 11.1 volts.A little confusing - the ID label on the replacement was placed upside down. No problem - the battery can only go in one way. Also, the provided screwdriver to remove the hex screws was entirely incorrect. I received a mini-Phillips head screwdriver instead of the necessary 2.5mm hex head. I also discovered that a Torx T-10 will suffice.Very useful Bose pictorial for replacement: Go to Bose dot com then Support - Troubleshooting - Start guided troubleshooting - Look for your serial number (tiny print on label found on speaker bottom) - Enter serial number - Select model - Setup and maintenance - Battery - Replacing the battery. Follow their installation steps for an easy quick battery swap with pictorial guidance.The new battery seems to work. With a quick booster charge, the new battery did produce a green status light on the front panel. Be patient - a full charge on the battery takes ten hours. After a full charge, your front panel battery icon should not be red or orange. A full charge looks green.All in all, the results of the replacement battery seem to be adequate. Time will tell.

Works great!
My old Bose Soundlink had been showing yellow battery for a little while but I didn’t think anything of it because I always have it plugged in while I use it. Then it just stopped working. I was about to throw it out but I did a little research and thought it could be the battery (which I have never replaced). I put this new battery in and it’s working like before! So glad I didn’t throw it out! I love this speaker!
