Plug and Play, No issues. Great Value for the cost, The first set I purchased in March lasted until November, twice as long as HP cartridges. Print quality and colour are above average.

Had an issue with the cartridges I received. Apparently issue with the chip. Followed the easy trouble shooting steps that the customer service rep provided. But to no avail it had to be replaced. So a BIG SHOUT OUT to Alyssa who helped me with my issue and quickly resolved it by promptly sending me a new set of working cartridges. Again fantastic Customer Service A+++Received my replacement. FLAWLESS cartridge. worked straight outta the box. FANTASTIC Customer Service and FAST replacement delivery. Their online chat is quick easy and Alyssa the fantastic CR who helped me was very courteous and professional. A great example of what CR should be.Thanks Smart Ink. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have purchased them before and they worked well. I was so happy with them that I purchased another box a couple of months ago to have on hand when needed. I just went to use them on the weekend and the new box of cartridges is not recognised by my HP printer. What has changed?? What can I do? I have googled and tried all the tricks, but my printer still doesn't recognise the chips.

I first bought this ink in 2022 and it has lasted me a long time (granted a don’t print a TON but still it lasted me way beyond what I expected!). It has been about 2 years and I am just now repurchasing. The color has been gone for the past 6 months or so, but I carried on with just the black ink. The blank wasn’t even out yet but I finally got sick of no color so I repurchased bc I was already beyond pleased with the value I had received of the last cartridges.I just tried putting the new ones in and my printer had an error and would not accept them. I reached out to the customer support chat and they were super helpful in giving me instructions to remove the “upgrade” that happened to my printer to make it block non-HP ink. Alexa was the support individual I talked to and she was great. She stayed with me until it worked. I am very happy with the price and quality of the ink as well as the customer service. I will definitely continue to buy from SmartInk!
