A horrible lotion, zero results and it's unpleasant to use

Can't say as I haven't been using it for very long!

One of the best skincare products I've ever used! I use it every night and it removes all makeup, sunscreen, etc. and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. You can control how granular it is by how much water you use, but even at very granular, it's gentle enough for every day use and not drying. My skin looks so clear and smooth after using it- especially the next morning. Pleasant scent, not strong, not perfumey at all, more bakery/vanilla than perfume scent. Highly recommend.One big drawback is the tube it comes in. It is so hard to get the product out. One tube was so bad that I had to exchange it because I couldn't get the product out. I really hope they fix their packaging because the product is fantastic.

I love this face scrub. I have very sensitive skin and this doesn’t bother me at all. I like the fact that you can add water to make it even less abrasive and it still gives you smooth skin. The scent is mild, which works well for me as I am sensitive to fragrance. Definitely a great product.

I've used this product before and like it. However, the seller should be more upfront in showing the actual packaging that the serum comes in. My only question is whether or not the product ages well or if there's a reason it is less expensive than going through Mychelle directly. Hence the middle of the road rating. Haven't used this serum so unsure if it is as good as if it were new.
