Q: Two different dimensions in the descriptions. What is the actual dimension? Do the materials hold up over time?

Unfolded and packed with cards, money, etc, it is 8 1/2" long by 4". Folded it is 3 by 4 and about a 1/2" thick. For the first few weeks, it does not fold close completely until it stretches and conforms to its contents. I have only used it about a month. In my experience with similar wallets, they need replacement in a year or two.... I assume I am the typical guy and pack too much in my wallet!

Q: Does it have bonded, full-grain, top-grain, genuine (corrected leather) on the outside and inside? TIA

Not sure of the quality of the leather. I bought this wallet in August of 2016 and about 5 months ago it started to finally deteriorate( threads pulling out, leather flaking etc). I’d say that’s great longevity for a wallet especially considering I paid $9 .

Q: Is this product made in the U.S.A.?

I don’t believe it’s made in USA because it mentions China and just outside China. That said it is a good wallet except that the cards are very hard to get in and out. (Credit and License)
