Wonderful product
I installed these on my '16 road glide. I originally had harley branded heated grips but I switched bars and they stopped working. Didn't want to pull wires again so opted for external wires. Hard to tell these are externally wired as I run these next to brake and clutch lines.I wired this directly to battery to be sure I had most power for warmth. I was kind of surprised how small of wire was actually used to power these. Removed tank and put wire with everything else on the main channel. Only thing I have to worry about is leaving these on. I did leave on high on accident and was away for an hour and still easily started my bike. I have not had the opportunity to test the low voltage cut off.As far as warmth, these things do 7/10 compared to harley ones. But there were times I had to turn these down. I used with gloves on and off. Overall I got these for roughly a bit over half of harley ones and wiring is external so if I ever want to change bars again or change grips it would be quite easy.I wouldn't have an issue recommending these to anyone in a heartbeat. Will update you on the life of these later.

Would not buy again
The wires cannot go inside the bars And throttle cable needs plenty slack and clear of anything that could catch it while operating. Not a good idea
