Right out of the box the escutcheon was cracked. I was surprised it's plastic to begin with since it's a visible piece that gets a lot of use.The hot water supply connection leaks no matter how much Teflon tape is used and how snug the fitting is (threads aren't stripped- already made sure of that)Total waste of money and labor for my drainboard sink.

This is a very nice looking faucet. I had significant leak issues with the first faucet I was sent, but the company sent a new one immediately which had no issues.I did find that the shanks are a bit too short at the back of the sink to a brass 90 degree elbow. I ended up cutting the flange pieces back a bit. Because the flanges are aluminum, they are easy to crush if you over tighten.Overall it was a bit tricky to install on my farmhouse style sink, but I am happy with the results.A+ for customer service for the company.

I have a very old kitchen sink. Maybe 1900. It's not easy finding a faucet that will fit it. I went on Amazon and found this one. I was very pleased how easy it was to install. Unfortunately, in about a month the little "hot" button fell out and down the drain. I contacted the manufacturer who was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me with my problem and stayed in touch with me until it was resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Carol

I have a 1920's house with the original farmhouse sink. This faucet looks very nice with the sink. I needed a different faucet so I could use my new portable dishwasher. It is very sturdy. I think it will holdup well.

It is a good quality faucet that will last a long time. I will probably be buying another one for my house kitchen sink since I bought this one for my kitchenette in my husband’s shop. And a bonus it was reasonably priced for the quality.

I had to cut the chrome spacers by hand because they did not allow me to tighten the supply valve and the faucet enough to prevent water leaks. Also, the chrome is pretty cheap. If you use pliers to tighten it is scratches SUPER EASY.

bought this to replace an old broken farmhouse style faucet in my outdoor garden sink and it works perfectly mechanically and design wise...loving it!
