This really does what it says it does
I purchased this because my cheese kept molding in my refrigerator. I would buy blocks of cheese and I wouldn't go through them fast enough and have to throw them away. I've had some Parmesan cheese in there for several months and it really keeps it fresh. I have slowly been whittling away at the cheese and it still tastes very fresh.
