AmyMyersMD Radiance Vitamins for Hair Skin and Nails
I have been using this product for about a year, and my nails are much stronger and grows fast; I am 77 years old and my hair grows quickly, and shines. I do use Radiance together with AmyMyersMD Vitamins, which have provided me with new energy…my husband noticed. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I take them twice a day. I am really pleased with the product.

Just enough biotin, but wish it had more vitamins. 4 stars⭐
I've been taking supplements with Biotin for several years now because I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. It causes my hair to thin and fall out and my nails to be thin and brittle. I like that this supplement has a smaller amount of biotin in it than most. With 300mcg of biotin, they don't cause me any adverse side effects. High doses of Biotin cause me to have nausea and be sick to my stomach, so I always skip a night or two between doses. I don't have to do that with these. I also like that there are some great natural ingredients that help strengthen the hair and skin, and also have anti-aging properties. I wish there were more vitamins and minerals added to make it more well-rounded, but I'll just add a multivitamin along with it. Being just two weeks in, it's too early to tell a difference, but I haven't noticed any additional hair falling.

Better Nails
Since taking this supplement I have noticed an improvement in my nails. They were weak and brittle and now seem stronger and longer. I was hoping to see better hair and skin but nothing yet. I like the ingredients but I don't like having to take four pills a day (2 pills twice a day with meals). I have experienced no ill effects. Pricey but I did realize some benefit.

I can’t tell if it’s working
I took these for at least a month before writing the review because I wanted to report “something”. Unfortunately I can’t tell if they’re working. I’ve tried a lot of different brands of biotin over the years and when they’re working, I can really tell. However I cannot see any difference with or without Dr. Amy Myers Radiance capsules.

Sticking ✔️ With My Regular Brand
I was eager to test Dr. Amy Myers Radiance Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins since I’m always on the lookout to improve my hair, nails and skin care regimen. First, what I found is that the product contains 300 mcg. of biotin, which is a vitamin that helps things such as hair loss and brittle nails. ✔️The biotin that I typically take contains 10,000 mcg. The recommended dose on my regular biotin is one a day. The doctor’s recommended dose is two capsules a day. ✔️The following is what I read about biotin: “A good biotin hair growth formula should contain only natural top quality biotin, with no less than 10,000mcg per serving.” ✔️ Obviously, I’m sticking to my usual brand that is a fraction of the cost at $8.99 ($0.07 / Count) for the same amount of capsules in the bottle. The doctor’s capsules, btw, remind me of horse pills. My regular brand of biotin comes in tiny tablets and is so easy to swallow. ✔️I take a separate B vitamin supplement that is also a fraction of the cost with a much greater dosage than the one found in the doctor’s brand. ✔️In addition, I researched the hyaluronic acid ingredient that is in the doctor’s brand. Below is my research: ✔️“Taking hyaluronic acid or using cosmetic products that contain it MAY improve skin hydration and reduce signs of aging.”As far as the horsetail extract found in the product, my research is below: ✔️“Horsetail is a plant. The above ground parts are used to make medicine. People use horsetail for "fluid retention" (edema), urinary tract infections, loss of bladder control (urinary incontinence), wounds, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. Using horsetail can also be unsafe.”Overall, for me, personally, the product is expensive and doesn’t prove to be effective. ✔️✔️

Better, Stronger Nails
My experience with Dr Amy Myers supplements is that they are pricey but high quality. You can decide for yourself if you want to spend that much money on a supplement.I like this one because I don't have to think about it. It contains a synergistic blend of ingredients that are key in promoting healthy skin, nails, and hair. After a month of taking this, my nails which normally have some vertical ridges and were breaking easily, have become stronger and the ridges don't seem as pronounced.Definitely a worthwhile supplement.

Another fine product from Dr. Amy Myers.
MY BIAS. I am a big fan of Dr. Amy Myers' products and subscribe to several of them. What I most admire about Amy Myers' products is the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into the processing of those ingredients. Looking at the label may not be as impressive as some rival company's products, but when you look beyond the obvious label ingredient list to the idea behind the preparation you come away being impressed by how every element of the preparation is processed and why. Dr. Amy Myers products are not inexpensive, but in this case, this 2 month bottle is as good a value as any comparable product to which I have been exposed.

Mostly noticeable on my nails
I usually have trouble with dry, brittle nails over the winter months, but this really helped. My nails improve going into spring and summer, but this year, they are noticeably stronger and able to grow to lengths where trimming them is constantly necessary. I'm not sure if I could break them if I tried.I have to think that my hair and skin is being equally positively affected.Really happy with this supplement combination.
