This was a repurchase from an older model that gave out after a long time of owning. I love this product, however the heads on this model are not very sturdy so I would recommend getting the older or newer model both have heads which screw on.

It has great camera quality

The camera was exceptionally clear ..but the little cup on the end of the device made it had to get the wax from your ear..after several tries I gave up..due to making my ear hurt

This product was well worth the dollars spent. You can see everything and have amazingly clean ears

It uses a wifi connection, I didn't have too much of a problem downloading the app and connecting with the device. It works well and the picture is clear.The biggest problem I find is that the tip is too far from the camera so you cannot get the camera in far enough to see where you want to clean.

The little rubber coating that is removable from the tip broke/ripped really quickly and makes the product basically unusable because now it’s too hard to place into your ear and leaves redness along the ear canal/wall. This is really unfortunate because I really liked this product the few times I was able to use it before the soft tips ripped and became unusable.
