Got this because my old non stick pan was no longer non stick. This pan is amazing. Nothing sticks to it and washes like a dream and best of all its dishwasher safe. I have the 12 inch one also-same great quality which I got to replace a rachael ray non stick pans which warped. No warping here. I use a glass top stove so it is important that the bottom of the pan is not warped.

Excellent pan. Truly non-stick and very easy to clean. My only complaint is that the handle, even just on stive top, gets too hot to comfortably handle without a hotpad or glove; a drawback when you're making a quick omelette. But otherwise a very good pan.

I bought this frying pan because I was looking for a truly nonstick pan. This one was advertised as being ceramic nonstick, oven safe, even OK for use with metal utensils. They must’ve had just a cheap temporary coating on it. For the first week, it was truly nonstick and was amazing, and all food debris literally slid out it. But now, two weeks later, even fried eggs stick to it like glue and can’t be washed off at all, not even with a man’s scrubbing.It went from being the most amazing pan to the worst pan ever within two weeks. I suspect they just put a temporary coating on it for the first two weeks to try to get people to write good reviews initially, but honestly, within a month, this pan loses all of its nonstick capability. It’s a complete scam. I hope I can return it.Also, since it is oven safe, there is no plastic coating on the metal handle, so when you’re frying with it, the metal handle will get hot. Also, it does have two screws on the inside of the pan where the handle is connected to the pan itself. Those screws were coated with the same nonstick surface, but within a few days, the nonstick surface on the screw covers already started to chip off.

This frying pan skillet is almost perfect except for one thing the handle gets a little hot so you might want to use an oven mitt, but besides that, it is a really nice pan, I was a little surprised how heavy it's made.

I love this pan.

After about 10-12 months of use, it no longer is nonstick. Which means you are consuming the nonstick chemicals.I wouldn't even bother as its not great to start with and then it completely goes to hell on you.
