Fine
It tastes of nothing ,has the texture of calamari. Absorbs flavours . Good for miso soup. Despite no calories it might not actually be that healthy

A decent low calorie pasta / noodle substitute. Easy to prepare and with a good texture. Will buy again.

Not the same package
Arrived quick, was a bit concerned as the little sachets inside are plain and not like the picture. Tried a bag, rinsed it properly and there was no smell, fried it in a bit of sesame sauce and it tasted fine. You can’t really completely chew them, you can break in tiny bits but not completely. Has no problem when they come out either. Did a google search and seems some problems have real issues and so they have a warning on the label. A bit pricey for what you get is my opinion, but happy I gave it a try. They’re good and they do the job but don’t expect them to be magic

Great noodles!
Great substitute to the usual rice/egg/wheat noodles. It doesn't smell like the others that I tried before. Easy to prep and quick to cook as well. The texture is fine for me but some might not like it. Will definitely buy again!

Please introduce this to your diet with care
The product is as described and texture wise it is a perfect low carb substitute for pasta (little rubbery but ok) ..the only thing is, I haven't gotten past one portion because I ne d to do my research on it health wise. It gave me Timmy issues (pain and alot of gurgling) for a week after eating one portion.. my philosophy is if it disturbs my body to such an extent , is it beneficial, is it worth it? Idk, but just be aware of this.
