Q: Are you able to run this monitor at 75hz on a desktop environment (non-gaming mode) with a non-AMD card?

I'm running mine at 75 Hz all of the time with an X99 rig and a Zotac GTX 1080 Amp! Extreme. I double-checked on https://www.testufo.com/#test=framerates to verify. So far, I love the monitor!

Q: does this monitor came with DP cable ?

As I stated in my review, YES, it does come with a display port cable, which I was really surprised to see. Refreshingly, it does not have a VGA cable or port to add to your unwanted cables stash. Unfortunately, I found the HP supplied DP cable too short for my needs. With my review, I've included pictures of the DP and HDMI cables along with the VESA mounting plate.

Q: Does this monitor has hdmi 2.0 and mhl capabilities?

It is stated that the monitor only has HDMI 1.4...However any device I have ever come across will update the input automatically when an HDMI 2.0-compatible cable is connected. Some have advised using a Display Port connection for PC, but honestly HDMI cables are cheaper; plus they carry 11.2-channel audio as well, in case you want to use the monitor's internal speakers or headphone port. As for the second part of your question, I'm fairly sure anything with USB 2.0 (or higher) outputs both data and current, so yes, MHL should be supported.
