The media could not be loaded. ➡ This is a full size wax warmer and is made very well. Comes with everything you need to get started and last a little while.➡ The inner pot is removable for easy cleanup and the temperature control turns off & on to keep the wax at a consistent temperature.➡ The heat control is great to help control the consistency and use for sensitive areas.➡ My wife said she didn't expected that the chocolate wax would be soo awesome and she also said this product is totally worth the price as compared to what she use to pay in the parlors.➡ The wax is gentle on the skin, removes hair well, and washes off very easily.➡ Last but not the least, The waxing knife and strips are just like ice on the cake in this deal.

The wax heater was already used scratches present on the bottom of box .the seal of the box was broken

Wax heater is good.Along with heater I have also received wax and strips The wax melts fast and nicely and machine works properlyThe quality of the product is also good The product received is exactly same as shown and its worth you should go for it

Waste of money
In my case I got the broken heater it's upper tin handle was broken and the quality was also poor ,still I would manage that but the worst thing was the wax was not melting from last one and half hour, the consistency of the wax was same as before.I would have not given the 1star also but left with no choice other than that
