In addition to black coffee, there are many other flavors, including wintergreen, spearmint, and even cinnamon roll. The pouches are large, but fit comfortably in the lower jaw or back upper lip. They can start off a bit dry, but a little movement and patience will soften them up quickly. (I've also heard tell of folks dipping them in bourbon or whiskey before packing, which sounds like a great idea for both texture and flavor.)Surprisingly, Grinds offer a satisfying, but not overwhelming, energy boost. I never felt headachy or anxious, never got the jitters. (Looking at you, Zyn and Zone.)
