It's the worst product that I have purchased, it's awfulIt's walking mat got torn while using it for the first time and also it's quality is too bad. It seems that the manufacturer have used low quality parts. And also they accepted return request but still its been 8 days but not took the pickup. So do not buy this product

Bought this trainer in August 2022. After 2-3 months of usage, one can say, it is a good trainer at budget value. The assemblage of the equipment, done at home, was added to the package free of cost. This trainer works well. The only drawback is it's slightly unstable. But if placed at an angle, it is steady and works fine. If you are looking for a cross trainer at a budget price, then this works fine.

Product delivered was of poor quality

Good for routine home use. Heavy weight people excuse … as it wobbles and shakes even at level 4 resistance and moderate speed. The technician never turned up inspite of separate request for service immediately after 1 week of installation to eliminate a sound while use ….. it is over a month now and Iam continuing with sound while use….. it is always good to by a branded one and check for service back up before purchasing

I bought this last week and have used it for three days with my wife. See no reason to complain, it works well and the service technician did a good job assembling it. There is a weight limit of 100 kg's and both of us weigh less. So yes, does deserve the rating at the price charged. My thinking is, since i did not pay much, i will happily replace after warranty period and not regret.

Average build quality

Product is working good! But technician said he was nither trained or certified to fix and troubleshoot the issue. He only can assemble the machine.Issue was with the resistance nob not functioning properly as it was not fixed properly.Now to get this fixed, I spoke to your customer care and they suggested me to deassemble the whole product by myself and return.Simultaneously, i was scheduling an appointment with Amazon service provider to get this fixed, and the poor technician who is not trained was getting assigned this job and he was simply not showing up to fix this issue. I tried to reschedule the service several times but nothing worked.Ultimatly, i had to open up and fix the machine by myself.Requesting Amazon India to take necessary action to train the technician so that your product perform upto your own set standard and your return rate/unsatisfied customer will decrease at end user level.Please make efforts to possible fix the problem/issue rather then increasing the burden on the end user to uninstall the product and return!I will rate Amazon service as not upto there own standard and i am not satisfied with there response.
