Ok, I could have bought a new pair of shoes for the price, but no regrets. I’m a womens uk8 & only had to trim a few mm off the pointy toe end of the medium. I’ve replaced the insoles in a pair of barefoot shoes and now don’t want to take them off. They are only just wide enough though, so if you’ve got a wide foot, I’d maybe go for the men’s.
