Replacement 5.0V PSU with a Synology diskstation.

Neat power supply but failed after 1 year 1 week
Worked perfectly with my Synology DS214play but failed suddenly after 1 year and 1 week. The output voltage dropped to 5V and would no longer power the NAS.
