Works well enough, just not for me.
I liked how easy it was to use.Not much to I really, drop the grounds inside and pour water. It made a decent cup of coffee. What I didn’t like was the need to clean it almost as soon as it was done draining so you don’t get stuff stuck in the filters. Needing to clean it right after was not ideal because being all metal, it got actually pretty hot during use, and the small handle on it is not long enough to dissipate the heat well and your left trying to hold on to a pretty hot piece of metal. It also drained a bit faster than I would have liked.I was looking for a quick way to fill a 16oz mug for work in the morning becaus the coffee at work is horrid. This did work, and it worked decent.....it just seemed to me to be just a tad more of an annoyance than it’s worth.I think here are better products out there that fit my needs more than this.

Good. Not great.
I wanted to give three stars, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Using only pre-ground coffee, after about 3 weeks it brews REALLY slow. I soaked it, I scrubbed, I did everything I could think of to clean it. But it still will brew half a cup and then slow down so much that it takes about 5-10 minutes to finish. I'm going to try using it with paper filters.

I use a manual burr grinder and fine coffee grind so it is a bit on the slow side but i dig not needing any paper filters and capturing the crema oils. Cleans easily.Update May 2018: reduced to 3 stars as it does no longer work with finer grinds. It clogs easily with minimal flow and it takes a long time (10-15 min) to finish.

What all those other five-star reviews said? Yeah – that.
I saw quite a few single-cup pour-over drip coffee makers on Amazon.com and elsewhere, many for quite a bit more than the cost of this one. I wondered if such an inexpensive coffee maker would be up to the job but, based on the reviews (and the fact that, let’s face it, I was risking just under ten bucks), I decided to try the HiCollie model. The answer is an unqualified ‘Yes.’ This little coffee maker does a very nice job. It drips at the right rate and will make you a very good cup or two of coffee.Pros: it’s convenient & easy to use, cleans easily, is solidly built so it looks like it will last, and (most important) makes great-tasting coffee!Cons: nope, can’t think of any.Bottom Line: buy it.

Best pour over coffee maker ever!!!
This pour over coffee maker is the absolute best one that I have seen on the market. I am extremely pleased with the quality of construction and the ease of use. I make coffee house quality cups of coffee very often now without having to pay the coffee shop price. I would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a single cup pour over filter.

Stay with paper filters
Slow drip and allows too much cloud. Stay with paper filters.

Great Quality
I like that it is reusable and easy to clean. Have had no problem with the water feeding through the grounds but I do stir the coffee/water solution gently a few times. It doesn't make a super fast cup of coffee if that is what you are looking for but it does make a good cup of coffee and it's nice not to have to use disposable filters.
