Performance:I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now and they’ve been working really well. Digestion feels more balanced overall — less bloating, more regular, and just more settled day to day. Seem to be good quality. Can't say I've seen any difference to my particular digestive problems but hoping that the probiotics are doing some good to my gut health in general.

Very pleased. Started to use it after long term antibiotic use. Just finished the first bottle and already feeling much better. Bloating is gone and my skin has started to settle down. Have started on the second bottle and will continue taking them. They are easy to swallow and I don't notice any taste or smell.

Only been taking these for a week after a heavy hitting course of antibiotics so I know my gut is a wasteland. It does not help that I have IBS anyway. Well It is early days so far but I know it is definitely making a difference already my gut is gurgling all day like some kind of sea monster. I also have done an experiment by adding the contents of one capsule to my home made Bulgarian yoghurt starter culture that I brew for 24 hours. This should mean that my breakfast is supercharged. The resulting yoghurt does seem to taste slightly more fermented ie a little more tangy. I am not expecting a quick miracle, after all it is like populating a barren planet with possibly a few surviving nasty entities. If I remember I will report in a few weeks and give a more informed verdict (fingers crossed). The capsules themselves are easy enough to swallow they are not huge.

I’ve been using this for a few months, mainly in the hope of helping heartburn. I can’t really say it has made a difference. I’ll still keep taking it as I do believe adding healthy bacteria to our systems is beneficial. Had no problems in swallowing and no side effects.

I suffer with acid reflux and take Omeprazole, I have been for 6 years. With these I have been able to decrease the dose. These are top quality and had no issues with them. They come in capsules, simple instructions. After some research these are the best ones I could find.
