The media could not be loaded. This is the 4th purchase of this printer. My store uses this printer for barcodes price tags. The software is easy to work which is helpful since several of the employees are tech challenged. This inexpensive printer has lots of features and it is easy to change label sizes. We added our logo to the top of every price tag. I love this printer so much I bought one for my own use. It is bluetooth so we can make price tags anywhere and it works great with our Square system. The labels are affordable and stick well to the merchandise.

So far, the printer works flawlessly. The instructions are easy to follow, and with the right settings, the print quality is exactly as expected. It prints on colored, white, and transparent thermal labels with a deep, intense black rather than a faded gray when properly configured. Very happy with my purchase!

I love gadgets and tech stuff! I started out with the Phomemo D30 and was hooked. It was hands down better than my Brother P Touch and the labels are much more affordable.I was so hooked I found myself wanting to label everything, but the D30 labels are small. So I bought a device that looks exactly like another model of Phomemo for half the price. I found the app to be lacking the rich icons, variety of frames and fonts and it was a bit clumsy to navigate.Yet again, I found another brand of thermal label printer, this one capable of printing labels up to the inches wide and again half the price. Yet again I fell for it and was disappointed.The bottom line is I'll never stay from Phomemo again. It's app is very easy to navigate and contains the largest variety of images, frames and templates. Each label prints clear with the correct amount of black saturation. The Phomemo brand of labels are also superior to others I've purchased.Yes, I just received my 220M today but the kid in me went to work creating several fun labels for the heck of it.Thank you Phomemo for bringing out my inner geek and delivering a great product with an app to match!

I have had a thermal printer in the past, but decided to try this one this time around.Pros:Good price, compact, portable, easy to use, set up and functioning first try with no problems.Cons:Only con is the print quality. It is not as crisp as my previous printer. Given that the previous printer now costs double what it used to and $50 more than this one, I will keep this one. However, if you want a good, crisp image or print you may want to try a different printer.

I bought this to print barcode labels for my wife’s charity events (hand-made crafts) and it really was SO easy to generate labels. The ease in loading rolls of paper and the PrintMaster software’s generation of barcodes makes the process well worth the time invested. Unlike other device setups, the printer connects (over Bluetooth) to devices with ease. Printing is faster than I thought it would be.I was hesitant to go down this road, thinking that it would be a cumbersome process, but it’s been the exact opposite. And the price for everything (including paper) has been very reasonable.We just finished a holiday event and check-out was so much more efficient. 5-Star, for sure.

The media could not be loaded. My M220 thermal printer does what itʻs supposed to do. BUT … a year after my purchase the app you need in order to run the printer has switched to a subscription model. When I bought my printer, the app was part of the purchase.Currently you can use very basic features without a subscription plus see everything that’s available if you pay. SO, I recommend downloading & playing with the app before making a decision to purchase the printer. You don’t need the actual printer to check out the app. To find the app, search your App Store for “phomemo print master”.Currently [April 2025], a Print Master subscription is $6.99 a month or $29 per year. I have no doubt that the subscription prices will likely increase over time.I’ve made the decision to purchase a thermal label maker from a more trustworthy company. The app was supposed to come with the printer purchase. Switching to a subscription to use anything but basics is, IMO, a shady business tactic that I refuse to support.

I love this label maker. It took some time to get the right paper sizes for the templates I wanted, but I got it. I also learned that a sticker is not wasted when you put it in correctly.

I LOVE this little label maker! It’s small and compact. The app that pairs with it is easy to navigate and figure out. I haven’t had one issue with it. I have to refrain from labeling everything in my house! Charge holds quite a long time. Used a lot and haven’t had to charge yet.
