But we would urge other customers to shop around a little bit before buying. In our experience, we can pick up a 60-tablet bottle from another manufacturer at a local national-brand store any day and, as I write this review, the list price for this product is more than twice the shelf price in our store.Why pay that much for these tablets? I started taking B-complex several years ago to help with low energy levels in the early afternoon and it helped me quite a lot. I had positive results with this supplement as I have with other B-vitamins. These smell strongly as many other B-complex tablets do, but there is no taste to them. They are larger than the ones I usually take, so they may cause issues with swallowing for those who are sensitive to taking larger pills. They also aren't the most economical, but they are vegan so there is a premium attached to that for those who care about such things. I can't really speak to the value of taking any vitamin except for my personal experience. I can just say that they worked for my purposes and didn't cause any stomach distress or problems for me.

There seems to be no question that this is a good formula of vitamin B that could help you insure your health. I take vitamin B complex with the full approval of my doctor, so I have no problems taking these pills. If the price also meets your requirements, then you are good to go! Excellent product.

Man, these things taste absolutely terrible. They're large and grainy and immediately start dissolving on your tongue. I have had to cut them in half to comfortably swallow them; I would not recommend chewing lol. Also, beware this will turn your urine NEON YELLOW.
