The price is right
I did a lot of research on laptops. This was a gift for my daughter who is a computer science major and also produces music. So she needed these specs for her needs. And as I started looking I knew this was going to cost me. But her and some of her “computer” friends found this. I was nervous that it had been opened and modified but this seemed the only option for getting what she needed at this price. She’s happy with the computer. Really her only complaint is the battery life could be a bit better. But she has no issues multi-tasking very complex assignments with this laptop.

Seems to be Good Product
I bought this laptop to help me work from home more easily. My IT people were able to set up my folders just the same way as my desktop at the office, and everything is on the cloud now, so the laptop saves me time and makes life generally easier than using my old desktop at home. I wanted something sturdy and work-friendly. I don't do gaming or anything other than work and checking my emails, so I can't attest to how it would be for graphic design or gaming or anything like that. I really like it, though.

Good, solid machine
The best thing about this laptop is a good, solid case. My prior laptop had cheap plastic that started to crack in several places just from routine use.I am finding it equal to most tasks, but have not had occasion to try a Zoom meeting on it yet.The day after I bought this, the price zoomed up $250 then a day or two later it came down to $50 to $100 for the identical specs. My advice: choose the build you want and check in over time to see what is happening with prices.Delivery was fast and secure.My only gripe is auto click and the cursor jumping all over the place, and I think that is Windows 10 Pro's fault. If there is an easy fix, please comment! I tried using online advice and it was too complicated and didn't work. My old laptop (a low-end HP) had some of the same problem, which is why I blame Windows and not the hardware.
