easy to activate
they work fine right out of the box, just download the app from QR code into your phone and request to add key fob.

Great lock!!
This lock is great and so convenient to have! It works great and easy to program. The back cover for the batteries fell off and wouldn’t stay on. I contacted the seller and they happily sent out a replacement part. Jackson was great to work with and very helpful! 😄⭐️

Great customer service
Update: I originally gave this product a 3 star rating but updated to a 5 based on the customer service in regards to the poor performance of the first gateway. The customer service rep reached out and worked delengently to correct the connectivity problem. A new gateway was sent to me but unfortunately the USPS manged to lose it. ( No surprise) I've now been issued a refund and intend on ordering another. A big thank you to "Jackson" for insuring my satisfaction with their product.
