Highly recommend!!
This thing is flat out AMAZING!!! My 6 year old daughter has been struggling with hearing. After multiple doctor’s appointments, it was determined she had excessive hard, compacted ear wax blocking her eardrum. ENT was unable to remove manually and so they scheduled for sedation to remove the wax, but told us we could try more natural methods first to dislodge the wax and reassess. We used hydrogen peroxide drops to soften the wax (let them sit about 5-10 minutes in each side). Then used luke-warm bath water with this devise to try and dislodge the wax. It look about 6 full sprays into each ear and then things started flooding out of her ears. It was the most disgusting and amazing thing! Zero pain for my kindergartener. Afterwards, she asked me why I was shouting (I was talking normal) - she just wasn’t used to hearing so clearly. Can’t wait to try this again! Highly recommend!

It works well
It works very well. I wish the syringe held a larger capacity though. You might not get results with one flush, but after 5-6 flushes (each ear), my ears were as clean as I could get them.

Be persistent
Success! My son has had impacted earwax buildup in his ears for at least several years. We have tried to pick it out with tools but it's too deep and hard to remove safely. Searched for products on here and this seemed to be worth a try being relatively cheap, simple and safe method. After reading the reviews of others' experience and advice, we were able to clear one of his ears (still working on the other one). It took maybe 50 or so plunges over the course of 3 days, so be persistent. You may see some small flakes at first, which means it's starting to break it up before the whole clog can be flushed out. We did not use any hydrogen peroxide or ear drops which may have helped to unblock the ear with less plunges.Definitely worth a try to save a trip to the doctor's and can be reused for periodic cleaning.

Watery ear cleaner
This isn't a bad product. It is slightly hard to get in my ear to clean my ears, and the water tends to get all over. As far as water leaking from the item itself, I haven't noticed any leaks, so it's good there. I have just kept it in the box to store in the drawer under my bathroom sink. I don't feel like it cleans my ears like it is supposed to, since my ears are still a bit itchy after they dry after using. I'm sure if you have slightly bigger ear holes, the tip of the cleaner will get in better to do a better job at getting the gunk out.

HEARING IS SOOO MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE
NEVER USING Q TIPS AGAIN!!Recently I had been struggle with a lot of ear wax build up, to the point to where it was causing hearing loss. I couldn’t sleep, because BOTH ears were now suffering from it and if I slept on either side, I’d wake up with a clog for the whole day. Stayed with this for 2-4 weeks until a couple nights ago, I could not take it anymore !!!!I tried to be able to go get it cleaned by a doctor, urgent care, whoever to get this done…$235 JUST TO BE SEEN, not even for the actual irrigation itself. Everywhere I went, it was the same thing, something in my spirit told me just go home and do some research. That night, my husband and I were looking through out all of Amazon looking through the hundreds of products they had, tons of them had mixed reviews, some seemed promising but were not until I came across this one ! Tons of positive reviews on something so cheap and simple that had SUCH GREAT RESULTS. I figured what the heck, I made sure to follow some tips I read throughout the reviews.I had the debrox solution already except this time I chose to warm it up in a cup of warm water. Let it sit in my ear for a bit, then I took half a cup of water and half a cup of hydrogen peroxide, put it in a bowl and warmed it up. Then I got to flushing with the mixture and I had lost hope there UNTIL I heard my ear cracking and fizzing meaning the hydrogen peroxide was doing some work ! Left it in for about 10 minutes while laying on the opposite side, then I got just regular warm water to rinse. One constant tip I read in the reviews, WAS TO BE PERSISTENT. After the first 2 times filling up my water bowl I was already ready to throw in the towel but would see bits and pieces of ear wax coming out. I decided to just keep it going after the 4th bowl flushing….GUNKS AND GUNKS OF EARWAX CAME OUT. By the end, my hearing was sooooo much clearer than I’d ever had it !!! I highly recommend this product, just be patient but persistent and you WILL get results !

Works Well
My toddlers ears were impacted with wax and the doctor tried to hold him down and dig it out but I ended up making them stop! Bought this and used warm water and on the 10 squirt a huge chunk of disgusting blackish brown wax came out of his ear! I then did the second ear and had the same results. This is now something I do weekly to prevent another blockage!
