This is a cute book, clearly made for sharing on any occasion. I bought this one as a farewell gift for a friend who is moving away. The photos are engaging and the little sayings are pithy, yes, but meant to trigger a memory maybe or simply warm the heart. It's nice to reminded that no matter what our circumstances, it's not always all about "me"--- girlfriend relationships really do make life sweeter. Authentic friendship is well worth whatever time we invest because somehow miraculously we always get even more out than we put in.

I belong to a group of women who get together each month for shopping, eating, travel, fun! This little book is delightful - wit and wisdom, clever pictures, and simple truths. I bought one for my Secret Sister, and liked it so much I bought another one for myself! It is the perfect gift for that special friend (or family member) in your life, to brighten her day. Think Christmas stocking stuffer, too!

My friends and I are all turning 60 this year so this is a nice little book to give as a gift. Maybe a few more references to chocolate being the cure all then I'd find necessary but all and all I'd recommend it.

Great little book filled with funny and inspiring quotes. Totally perfect to give as a gift or use for yourself. I read one aloud in meetings. Then I gave as gifts.

I am going to give this to my very best friend on her birthday which is coming up soon. She is going to love it! There are many sharings in the book that really hit home for the two of us. Thanks for such a great gift to give someone who has everything.

As I have ordered several copies, for close friends and my daughters, obviously I very much appreciate the photos and the very fitting/entertaining sayings that accompany them. Who would not/could not just love this book! And yes, I did get one for myself.
