My new lock looks amazing. It was easy to install.

Like the look and style. I couldn't use it so I returned it. The reason is the pre- drill hole in my door was to close to my wi-fi lock

This was a replacement for a Schlage in gold color. This handle was definitely an upgrade. It is most of all very heavy and sturdy! The installation was very easy and did require the Wi-Fi bridge for the Smart door lock.. The Wi-Fi bridge needs to be 3-6 feet from the door. The installation was very easy although the “instructions” appeared to be a Google translation from another language. The weather seal gasket around the dead bolt was a little tricky. Totally love this product and highly recommend.

I bought this door handle to go with my smonet keyless entry lock. They match well and were easy to install. The material feel sturdy and looks very nice. It comes with drill bit and screwdriver to help install. Very happy with it just wish it was just a bit lower priced but overall a good buy.

This is just what we wanted for easy access to open the door. The lock looks and works great! The app was easy to set up too. Five stars all around.

My son-in-law installed my door lock and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work remotely so I got a hold of customer support and they were so patient and kind as to help walk me through setting up the gateway and adding it and setting up Alexa. As a single woman living by herself, this gives me so much more security and helps make me feel safe.! I absolutely love this it’s amazing!!! And the customer support helped me so much in the same night I called them!

Product works great as expected with both WiFi and Bluetooth. The fingerprint biometrics adds a cool touch as well. Also, the customer service support is very fast and responsive! Must buy for the price!
