Poor quality hardware, instructions were useless, installation hardware broke, had to order hardware online to finish installation. Not a bolt on installation. Must improvise to fit.

Disclaimer: I do not own Jeep. This is a nice alternative (clone) option to a brand name drop down table made for Jeep tailgates. I did not install it on a Jeep so I have no clue about the install on one.I installed this table on the swing spare frame for my square drop trailer (like a teardrop but with more room and no round lines). I needed an additional table for my galley (which is on the back of my little trailer) and I saw some pictures where someone with a similar need had installed the more expensive brand name table on the same type of swing spare mount (yes, totally plagiarized the whole thing-the most sincere form of praise and all...). I just could not justify the cost of the brand name table, so I took a chance on this one. Very happy I did.I am very pleased with the fact that it turned out to be super easy to install (after I drilled a couple of extra mounting holes to suit my needs and my swing spare mount). Also, the whole assembly is ROBUST, it will not let an adult sit on it but it will easily handle the weight it says it will, so plenty for a camp stove or food prep needs. The plywood slide out is pretty spiffy and seems to be holding out well. It slides under the metal table when not needed and it provides additional table area if necessary. No, it's not bamboo, the description doesn't say it is, dunno why someone complained about it...I drove through some rainstorms and there was no indication of rust or any water accumulation when i arrived back home (700 mi drive one way). The plywood slide out was dry as bone.I am very confident this table will provide years of good service and will remain in good shape for the time it is utilized. I am very impressed with how well made it is and how robust it is. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good clone of the name brand drop table for Jeep... or trailer... ;-)

Horrible instructions. I have a 2015 Jk and had to modify mine to fit. Took a long time. Don’t buy it.

I have a 2008 JKU. Firstly, I don’t know what would be so hard about including a paper template. The installation was a little bit of a challenge. there’s not a lot of play from where the table clears the bottom of the jeep and yet still allows for the cutting board to slide out underneath the door (like 1/8”).I slid the cutting board all the way out and held it up against the bottom of the door, then I marked one of the holes in the center. as it turns out, the top of the table is the exact same level as the body line in the wire chase without the cover.. Then I hung the table by that one hole and made sure everything cleared. With the table, still hanging by the one bolt, I marked and drilled the rest of the holes.The cutting board quality is not great. It is plywood, not bamboo. The bump stops are a little tight, but I’d rather have it tight then loose. Overall, I think the quality is pretty good.

The table bolts right into the existing screw holes on the tailgate and is sturdy enough to use as a diaper changing station. The wood is not premium quality, but not a deal breaker for me.

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. Impossible to put together, directions make NO sense, DOES NOT FIT JEEP. Photos are misleading. Item NOT as pictured or described. Impossible to mount on Jeep tailgate. Would return but waited to long to open box and attempt to install.

For the price it’s good. However you must be handy to install. The table doesn’t slide in and out smoothly. Almost seemed defective, but kept it anyways. So far it seems sturdy and isn’t bulky when closed.

Did not come with directions so I had to get creative and look up some info on my own. Not the first time so, not a big deal. The parts are actually good quality and the unit itself has some weight to it.I highly recommend disconnecting the drop down tray from the housing panel. It made the job so much more easier to deal with. The top nuts of the assembly are 8mm and the bottom nuts on the tray are 10mm.This took some time and was not a simple bolt on. Researching videos of the more expensive Front Runner model had the exact same issues. Don't forget to measure twice and drill once!

I Like the product, but went to install it, got a dealer to install it, and it doesn't fit my 2022 JL.I was looking forward to using it, but can't.
